Do you want to improve your fitness and get stronger and more flexible? Are you suffering with stiffness or pain, and want to know what to do to help? Do you want help with recovery from an injury, birth or surgery? Do you simply want some time for yourself to work in a mindful way to breathe, stretch, tone and relax?
We work with all levels of fitness to help you reach your full movement potential using physiotherapy, Pilates or both. We are now offering Pilates classes via Zoom or face to facet St Mary’s. We offer various levels, and one to one is also available.
Julia has been working in physiotherapy for almost 30 years and teaching Pilates for 15 years. She works with a great team of physiotherapists and other qualified professional Pilates instructors. We’re here to help you gain an understanding of your body, to help you move better and feel better.

Physiotherapy sessions offer a more in depth assessment and combine exercise with a more hands on approach.
