About Me
I currently work in the NHS as a physiotherapist, where I am am specialising in musculoskeletal treatment. I have volunteered to work as a physiotherapist in the London marathon for the last two years.
My love for Pilates grew from attending classes myself, where I experienced how the strength, control and mobility can enhance recovery and build confidence in movement.
My classes are designed to be welcoming, supportive and adaptable to all abilities. I focus on building strength, improving posture and enhancing mobility, whilst having fun along the way.
