About Me
I have been a physiotherapist in private practice throughout my career. I spent many years working as a neurophysiotherapist, working with people with brain injuries and neurological conditions. For the past few years I have worked in private musculoskeletal clinic. Through all my working years, I have taught Pilates classes.
I embarked on my Pilates career very soon after I qualified as a physiotherapist as I could see the benefits that Pilates had on some many different client groups and it enhanced my practice. I love how adaptable Pilates can be for all, not only to promote rehabilitation from injury but also to improve mobility, strength, balance and wellbeing.
I enjoy practicing Pilates myself at home and when I am not working or teaching, I am running around after my two children! I taught with Body and Motion several years ago and am excited to return to join the team!
