I am a MELT Method instructor with 15 years of helping people to release tensions and restore posture.  I used Melt to combat my chronic neck  issues as a professional tennis player, and have been sharing it with others ever since.

I've taught movement classes in Israel, New York and now Leamington Spa.  I discovered Pilates when I moved to Leamington in 2023 and have added it to my teaching repertoire, training with the APPI.

My approach is friendly, professional and adaptable to all levels - whether you want help recovering from injury or building up more strength and mobility.  We'll focus on mindful movement and restoring your bodies natural ability to repair so you can feel stronger and more at ease in everyday life.
